The Technology Solutions Summer Associate Program is unique in that it allows summer students to work in a hands-on environment within the dealer. Associates will have the ability to learn about this complex and rapidly changing business. Associates will work with our Technology professionals as they work on strategic initiatives to help our business be number one. Your Summer as a Technology Associate: • You will be assigned a placement in one of the following Technology groups: Architecture, Common Services, Rates & FX, Payments, Valuation Services or Equity and Investments • Your tasks may include work in the disciplines of Business Analysis, Application Development or Architecture • You will work under the overall direction of a manager in a group of experienced professionals

How You Will Contribute: • You will be part of a team with targeted deliverables, working on initiatives designed to improve processes and applications which support our key business areas • You will be a team player and be able to work independently with minimal supervision, establish priorities, and possess strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills • You will be a self-starter, eager to work in a dynamic environment with other great people. You should be able to establish priorities, have excellent multi-tasking and organizational abilities and possess strong communication skills
