POSITION: CORPORATE BANKING FINANCIAL ANALYST INTERN

Analyst Interns in our Corporate Banking group are primarily involved with the structuring, evaluation, and execution of debt transactions from inception through closing, as well as the ongoing tracking of customer performance. Working with clients in a variety of industries, you will gain exposure to different business models and industry dynamics.

In this capacity you will:

• Prepare client presentations and marketing material; • Spread and monitor clients’ historical financial performance; • Perform client competitor analysis; • Create detailed models to project clients’ future cash flows and credit ratios; • Gather and analyze trends in qualitative and quantitative data; • Analyze deal structures; • Prepare and present credit recommendations; • Compile data through due diligence and prepare comprehensive credit reviews that analyze transactions and client risks; • Perform valuation analysis applying relevant methodologies; and • Assist with deal negotiations and documentation;

PROFESIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Analyst Interns will participate in an interactive orientation and training program including: financial statement analysis, financial modeling and credit risk analysis.
