Job advice

Hello,

I am graduating this upcoming December. My summer internship offered me a job that(Jan start), while I liked, is not precisely in the field I want to be in. There are a lot of rotational programs or analyst programs that start in the summer of 2023 that I would rather be in. Could I rejoin the company I did my summer internship in Jan 2023? Work for a few months and pick up a paycheck. Quit and start the desired rotational programs or analyst programs.

My biggest concern is that hiring/giving out offers is happening now. I am in the middle of interviewing with a few firms and will hopefully get an offer soon. Can this arrangement work without either knowing the other?

Could I make this work? Can either company find out about each other?
