Job advice - moving within company
I work in a boutique portfolio management firm with a small in-house analyst team that I want to join. One of the analysts just quit but the role hasn’t been advertised yet, how do I go about getting my foot in the door? I would just ask the head analyst but our office is open plan and they are seated near my people within my team.
