Welcome back guy that posts job descriptions...

I think you should structure your answers in order to convey your ability to implement the skills you already have and your willingness to learn the skills that you don't. No one is going to give you pointed advice about the way to 'structure your answers' based on a job description. I never claimed to be the smartest guy in the room but you should go back and reread the threads you posted previously that included job descriptions as the advice you get here will probably be very similar.

If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses - Henry Ford

What you ought to do before you post anything is UTILIZE THE NEW AND IMPROVED SEARCH FUNCTION. 99% of what you want to know is in there, you just have to look. Any job, whether it is flipping burgers or running a mega fund will require the ability to perform basic research and problem solving skills. Demonstrate them before asking people to do your work for you.

Second, please don't copy/paste job descriptions/bullet points into your posts. There are a great many industry professionals on this site and you are shooting yourself in the foot if someone who interviews you in the future reads something like this. You are effectively posting a job advertisement without approval and that can have negative repercussions for both yourself and this website itself.

Much of what you want to know is already available, you just have to look a little bit. Best of luck in the job hunt.
