Job Offer advice needed!

I have two full-time offers right now, which I'm trying to figure out which would provide better exit opportunities after 2-3 years.

-BB finance rotational program (2 1-year rotations)
-BB Senior Financial analyst position (better pay) on an Expense P&A team.

Any advice/insight would be appreciated!

Thank you both for replying.

Elijah, yeah I know its unusual but I interned with this team during the academic year and I've done well. I definitely do not want to do Expense P&A in the long run but the role right out of college is a plus.

With that said, I was thinking the same thing GutShot. There are some very good roles (as far as possible exposure) in the rotational program however, do you guys think its worth the risk?

You pick the senior role and that will be you're career path. You pick the rotational position and you will be exposed to the whole company, have a great list of contacts and can pick where you want to do. Also, rotational programs are great for management promotions since companies generally like to see people who have a wide understanding of how all the departments connect together.
