Job offer predicament

So I’ve accepted a job offer from a FAANG or similar company for an FP&A internship for this summer. However, out of fear of the internship being cancelled (which according to my connections at the company is a possibility), I started interviewing at other firms, and secured another offer for Corp dev at a very quickly growing startup. Now I’m in sort of a predicament. As I see it, my options are:

  1. Decline this Corp dev internship (offer explodes very soon), and hope the FAANG internship sticks around

  2. Take the Corp dev internship and reneg on the FAANG internship

  3. Take both (is this even legal?)

Thanks in advance!

No idea about the legality of it but have you emailed HR yet? Ask if they have updates. If they are FAANG, I imagine they will not cancel it.

I have emailed them, and they’ve been very dodgy which is very annoying.
