Job Search help - non target 1st year analyst, resume review

Hey Everyone

This is my first post after joining, 1. I'm a MBA graduate from non-target, 2. Relevant (Equity Research Experience) for 1 year now 3. Total corporate level experience of over 3 years

I'd appreciate it if anyone could offer me any type of advice to

  1. Improve my resume,
  2. Best possible ways and places to look for full-time jobs
  3. Best time to look for offers (If any)

I know beggars cannot be choosers and I don't really hope for making it to the BB and small IBs and PE will work just as wonderful

Also, I came across ANEX advantage program being advertised for its ability to place students with a record 100% success rate Please if I can get any insider news about the program (preferably from someone who has already found success in the program) cause it is $5K in fees

Any advice would be of great help!
