Jobs search for Undergrads with NO experience

Hi,

     I am in my final year of bachelor finance and my goal is to become a trader and eventually start my own fund. 
    I am currently applying for positions in finance, investment, and banking industry, but I have no related experience nor do I have any internship experiences. My resume consist of  not- so serious jobs like McDonald and commissioned sales person jobs, currently I work as an office administrative assistant managing customer inquires and perform sponsorship duties for my university. 
    My question is what sort of positions could I apply to and have a chance of being hired? I am thinking of Sales & Trading because I can leverage my sales and customer service experience, but I could be wrong, any suggestions would be great!
    Also, out of all the different positions in finance, banking, and investment banking, which positions are the easiest to get into for finance undergrads?
