Joining Noble Group as a commodities trainee

I have never posted anything on WSO yet, but I have read and applied a lot of the good advice here and would like to ask the forum on their thoughts about the current decision I need to make.

I am a Master's student in a commodities/finance subject at a semi-target uni in the UK and received an offer to join Noble Group as a trainee in their commodities program. I have another offer at an asset management company as a trainee and am having difficulties choosing between the two industries and companies. I am also aware of the difficulties Noble has been through over the past years and am taking this into consideration when choosing one offer over the other.

In essence, I am asking what the prospects are at the moment and in future on joining either asset management or commodities trading? What are the thoughts about joining Noble Group now? Are they still a top shop with strong growth potential or should I stay clear?
