JPM CIB Pay in Plano vs. NY
Was wondering if anybody had any insight as to if/when JPM might raise CIB base pay to match NYC for the exact same position. Understand COL adjustment but they don't do this for any other roles (IBD), nor do any other banks as far as I know.
