JPM Corporate Derivatives Marketing SA and Markets SA

Hi,

I am in the interview process with JPM for the markets SA and corporate derivatives marketing. I was hoping someone could enlighten me about what exactly these positions entail. What level of quantitative ability is needed for trading and is programming a must? What roles do people generally take on in the markets SA? I believe my main interest is in research, but I do not know the chances of being placed in that are.
