Hi everyone I need some advice/opinions on how valuable are rotational programs (exit opps) in BO Finance? I have two offers one being a direct hire in a AM Corp. Finance role or into the rotational program at the same BB and I'm not sure which would be the best offer in the long run. Any advice/opinions would be appreciated!
