JPM just opened today the applications for its FT IB Analyst Program 2024.
From peers' experience and looking online, there seem not to be many people starting directly from FT recruiting vs. summer conversion.
In your insider experience, what are the groups that hire directly for FT?

Wouldn't get your hopes up. We are only hiring for specific roles, i.e., if we need a specific person to cover DACH FIG or Turkish people for CEEMEA DCM etc.
Can you kindly elaborate if you have further info?
Any insight into what teams / languages you are looking for?
Do you automatically get hireview when applying?
