JPM Investment Bank Operations or Prop trading at Trillium or Chimera.

I have a question in regards to where the best place to start a career would be. I have been interested in trading, IB and M&A or equity research, all of which are different, but seem interesting to me. I have an offer from JP Morgan for their investment bank operations in oversight and controls in NYC, I also have second round interviews with Trillium and Chimera, however I find mixed reviews on those firms. Can anyone provide any good info on Trillium or Chimera? and any thoughts on starting in operations and working up to trading or IB vs staring at a prop trading firm? and which has more exit ops and opportunity for career growth

I know its a BO job, I go to the University of Delaware, and JPM primarily recruits for BO positions at my school, I had an internship with them this past summer. If I go with JPM I'm planning to work several years and try to work my way into a front office role and possibly get an MBA from a top program. My main concern is that I cant find that much information on Trillium or Chimera Securities, and if going strait into prop trading is better.
