JPM Spring to Summer Conversion

Hi, wanted to check whether anyone else experienced the same thing.

I completed the JPM London spring week in April 2025. At the end of the spring week, for the students who chose the IB and S&T tracks, the conversion process happened more or less immediately. Students who chose those divisions went straight into the early JPM superday.

However, for the students who chose the PB or the AM divisions there was no conversion process at all. No AC, no interviews, no follow up.

I’m aware conversion interviews aren’t officially guaranteed, but still, most spring week students at least get the opportunity to sit the early superday. This year for AM and PB it simply never happened, meaning no one in PB had a chance to convert to the summer internship.

Does anyone know what might have happened or what could have been the reasons for this?

Thanks in advance guys!
