JPM TSS Analyst Compensation - Bonuses

I am looking at this position for full time and wanted a little more information about the compensation associated with this role prior to accepting the position.

I know that the base salary is $70,000 and that there is a signing bonus of $10,000. These figures match the IB, S&T, etc. roles both within JPM and at other firms.

I am mainly now concerned about end of year bonuses that are available in this role. Ideally, I would like to work about 50 or so hours a week and make $100K after bonus (pretax). Would this be possible as a first year analyst in TSS?

What are the average end of year bonuses like? ($10,000 - $18,000?)

I realize it is a rotational program and thus maybe my bonus may be heavily dependent upon which division I am place. Can anyone tell me if this is the case?

Thanks in advance for all the help. I am new to the forums so if this information is stored somewhere else, please show me where.

I don't think you will break 100k all in for your first year in JPM's treasury services.

Under my tutelage, you will grow from boys to men. From men into gladiators. And from gladiators into SWANSONS.
