Junior Capital
First time poster.
I have two questions. Can someone direct me towards a few recruiting firms that specialize in jobs at credit opportunities / junior capital funds? I am looking for a job at a mezzanine or other junior capital firm that invest in middle market companies....lots of due diligence, documents structuring..etc.
Also, if anyone is familiar with the jobs I am interested in, I another question. How hard is it go break into such funds if you do not have IBD or M&A experience? I have a lot of senior lending experiences and used to work in LevFin for a while before the market crashed. I have a lot of experience working with junior capital providers in middle market LBO's so know how they look at transactions, etc...but definitely not any formal IBD experience.
