Junior looking for advice on the next step

Well, to start this is my first post; typically I just read because i have nothing insightful to say. To introduce myself- I am junior pursuing two degrees, the first being Business Admin. concentrating in corporate finance & the other being BA Economics.. 3.6+ GPA--semi-target. I am in a few honors societies and one honors finance fraternity as well as a greek social fraternity. Also I am the president of our corporate finance club. I have had one internship at a wealth management firm for 6 months after my sophomore year. I have also completed the WSP financial valuation course and have gone to plenty of professional development seminars. At this point I have two offers for a summer internship at an investment management firm and the next being a basic FA position at an ecommerce firm.

The advice needed comes in here: So, my long term aspirations are pretty much hedge funds or VC. I am stuck because I cannot figure out what the next step should be, I don't know if I should take these positions because they are not very glamorous or to continue looking for something else. I really like the analytical side of things and am hoping to find something in investment research as I truly enjoy it. With this said, I have no idea what would be the best step for myself and to where I should look. Every boutique I have tried has never respond back or the opportunity just isn't here yet. Any ideas on what to do?

BTW, I am in the NC-Charlotte area
