Junior Year Internship Advice

To give some background, I am a student at a target school (WHYP) and I have currently landed a S&T Internship at one of the top bulge brackets (Goldman, MS, JPM). I am also currently going through the recruiting pipeline for investment banking, with offers from 2 good boutique banks (in the neighborhood of Houlihan, PJSC, Financo, Oppenheimer, Guggenheim, Rothschild).

My gut instinct is telling me to accept the S&T internship, as I'm both excited by markets and think the BB name would be great for my resume. However, I'm a little concerned about the pigeonholing of S&T for full-time recruiting or even if I would want to stay in S&T full-time. I also think IB would set me up for the greatest flexibility in terms of exit opportunities after 2 years, and I am interested in the modeling and valuation that happens in IB. Would someone be able to weigh in on this situation and tell me what they think?

Also, if it makes any difference between the IB firms that I listed please elaborate, for anonymity sake I named a bunch that I think that are arguably close in prestige.
