Just bombed my hirevue

Is it fucked? I naturally cannot talk fluently in front of my screen and would stutter for 2 seconds to think what to talk or use uh and erhs. Is there a real person that would look at the hirevues? Am i not gonna get an offer if I cannot improve my hirevues?

any previous exp on bad hirevues but got a interview?

Forget bad HV's and still got in, ADRESS YOUR WEAKNESS NOW! If this is for spring or summer internships, realistically, you’ve blown it for the one you’ve just taken. If you’re a first-year student, this is understandable.

I have a slight speech impediment and was initially terrified of HV interviews. However, when I was seriously recruiting, I made sure to use my spare time every day to create a list of potential HV questions (e.g., "Why this firm?" or "Why IB?"). I then practiced answering them in front of a laptop camera within the time limit until I had drilled my answers to the point where they were 2nd nature to me, spoken naturally and non-robotically.

The truth is, you will never get through rigorous application cycles if you can’t string sentences together in an HV interview, especially for the 1st and 2nd questions. So, if this is the career you want, practice hard (it’s still early in the UK recruitment cycle), and don’t accept failure like a weak little b*tch!

I understand. I use those fillers a lot i still passed VIs and got interviews. Funny thing is my job now had no VI and tests, just straight to interviews
