Lacking on conversion, making final arounds. Only received an offer to work in vc in Europe. Waiting to hear back from various other firms.

I’m at a target school, with 4 years at various private equity firms and asset management firms. I am finishing senior year right now and going through the recruiting process. I am very close but I am not converting. I am applying to various investment banks and pe firms but am always struggling to convert despite making a final round. Need some advice on what to do because I’m starting to get nervous. I have received an offer to work in venture capital in Europe at a start-up vc firm. They are a decent firm with very smart people running it. They have had great traction so far and have made 15 series A investments despite being open for only a year. Should I take the offer get some experience and try transition to tech & innovation investment banking in London? I’m Canadian so I can do this btw.
