Lateral Question
Currently an A1 at a MM shop in nyc, started over the summer. Given the current market conditions, is it too early to begin lateral recruiting after 6 months or so? I know it was pretty easy to lateral these last 2 years, but assuming it would be tough right now. Looking to go to EB/BB.
