Lateral Recruiting and Zoom - What's The Process These Days?
If one wants to lateral from another city to NYC, what is lateral process these days? Do first rounds start on Zoom? Has anyone gone through the entire process, from first round to offer, solely on Zoom? Just trying to get a grasp on how much less travel is required these days.
Not NYC but should be similar. Everything done via Zoom. Generally faster process than in person. Might be 1st interview with staffer and then 4/5 interviews in one stage depending on the size of the team or could be 2/3 interviews as 1st round and then another 2/3 for 2nd round. That has been my experience so maybe others have different views
