Lateral Rounds - Question
I've been interviewing for a lateral analyst position at a BB's NYC office. I've had 3 interviews in 3 weeks (one interview per week), and have been told there are a total of 5-6.
I was wondering how decisions are made - as in does the firm (all the interviewers) discuss my candidacy after my 6th round, or is each interview a hurdle that I need to pass?
Thanks in advance for the help

Just curious which BB is this? Depends on the group as well
I don't want to be too specific but think of a top group at GS/MS/JPM/BAML
