Lateral Timeline
Starting at a MM coverage group outside of NYC in January. Looking to eventually lateral to a BB or EB in NYC, and was curious about what that timeline normally looks like. Does recruiting / interviewing start around the end of summer, or would I need to wait a year after starting? Any insight would be appreciated.
