Lateraling Post MBA
Wondering what are ideal times to lateral from IB post MBA. When are you most rewarded for your experience and jump the most ranks so to speak? Early or late in the Associate stint? After making VP or Director?
Analyst exits are well documented on this site but I’m curious to know how things work post MBA.
