Lateralling into the US/UK from India
Hi folks,
I work in an offshore IB team (outsourcing) and have a year of work ex. Was wondering what can I do to lateral to the west. (I know that a master's is an option but I can't fund it for now)
I was thinking of getting a corporate development role at a fortune 500 company / MNC (they're hard to come by). ER roles seem more accessible right now (not sure if I can lateral with that) but was wondering what other options do I have?
