I think they only do PIPEs. They really want people to understand and like what their group does (like they'll ask a lot of questions to make sure you're not just applying to the group because you couldn't get into other IBD groups). Capital markets knowledge will be helpful, and there might be a couple brainteasers. IMO the people were fairly uptight.
