I did this. You just stay until you have to go back to school. You might miss a networking event or something but they know some people are on the semester system and others are on the quarter system.
Did you tell them about this during your interview or once on the job? What about if they say "this is a 12 week program, are you willing to commit to the 12 weeks with us?"... do I say "Well... I can commit 10 weeks... DING?"
