Leveraging Offer Spring Week

I'm about to receive an offer for a non-american BB spring week in London. How do I use that to my advantage to get the maximum of spring weeks/insight days/internships you name it? I'd like to get an american BB spring week and/or a boutique if possible.
Context: UK Target, multilingual, no relevant work experience. Networked to get that interview, then offer. I applied to 10-15 spring week programs, got rejected from DB and UBS told me they'd consider me for back office (??). A few places still open I havn't applied to yet are Barclays + HSBC + ICAP + Nomura.

How do I use my offer to get any more internships? I know MS specifically asks applicants to tell them about it so they fasttrack those with offers. Should I just send HR/Recruiting Team an email?

What do I answer to UBS? Tell them to reconsider since I've got an offer now or would that be out of line?

any help appreciated
