London current IB recruitment
Hello everyone,
Just curious to hear everyone's thought on the current situation for incoming grad recruitment in London (especially for top 5 BBs).
I know that these banks have been freezing recruitment for the past few months but I was wondering whether anyone had intel on when it could pick up again?

Over for 2023, not sure how much it will pick up in 2024 but I imagine similar situation to this year.
Thanks a lot for this, but don't you think that some banks will still recruit as some ANA2 / ASO1 will jump ship? Surely they'll need fresh blood no?
