London off-cycle internships
I have secured a summer internship at top 5 bank in London and will be graduating in 2024. However, for the next academic year I only have to write my thesis and would therefore have time to do an off-cycle after my summer internship (possibly at a top 3 bank). I was wondering when recruiting for off-cycles opens and if there are material differences in the process compared to application for summers. Also, how likely are off-cycles to be converted in full-time roles?
