London SA 2024 From US School

Hi, Im a European international student studying in the US and struggled with US sa 2024 recruitment. I know that recruitment in the UK is much more straightforward and you don't have to network. Am I eligible to apply to London offices? What are some barriers or issues that come with this? Any info about this is appreciated. Thanks!

It is possible - but I would assume it may be slightly more difficult. This is because they banks would tend to prefer someone who studies at a UK university of maybe even a top European business school. It would be more difficult for you to come too super days/interviews (if some banks do in-person interviews). Also the bank would have to issue you a visa for 8-10 weeks (international students at UK unis can work an unlimited number of hours, and hence don't need a new visa for an internship).

Maybe you could apply to different cities in the US?
