Looking for finance jobs in Europe

I am an undergrad student in Canada about to graduate and I would like to work in Europe. Does anyone have any advice on how to look for jobs in Europe from abroad or have any experience doing so? I know that a lot of those jobs require a Master's degree so is doing a Master's there my only option or how can someone without a network there find an entry-level job in finance?
