Congrats on both offers. To be honest, neither are particularly useful for WM!
I was actually in a similar spot to you and really focused on private banking and WM at a BB and interviewed for SA roles in WM. I wasn't succesful but did receive an offer for IB and I actually realised that its an area of interest to me that I hadn't previously considered. Based on your offers I would go for the more interesting role which seems to be Big4 M&A and you might just find that it's a business area you like but hadn't though of previously.
If you don’t mind me asking, how where the Wm interviews different from the IB ones? I have heard that getting into IB is far more difficult than WM. Did you have any experience before your IB internship?
