Marketing internship over the summer?
Sophomore undergrad at non-target school. 3.7 GPA, double major finance and management information systems. I have the opportunity to be working as an intern for a small marketing and pr firm. Haven't been able to recieve any offers from anything finance-related and I know my chances to score an internship for this summer are not great at this point. Will the marketing internship improve my chances to get a summer analyst position at a BB next summer, or should I just try working and learning skills independently (python, etc.), and network as much as possible?
