So I am planning to pursue a Masters in Finance at a semi target uni in the UK, and so should I apply for IB Summer Analyst roles 2023, or should I apply for Grad Schemes directly?
Is it possible to convert a summer internship to a grad scheme within the same year? Meaning I apply for Summer 2023 internship and then covert it to a full time in 2023 itself?
