MBA Decision - UT McCombs vs. Rice Jones

Deciding between attending UT or Rice to get my MBA. Looking to do Houston energy IB. Curious if one has a significant leg up on the other as far as recruiting and perception with the Houston banks goes. I know McCombs is ranked higher and that it gives you optionality to go to NYC, but doesn't matter to much to me as I want to work in energy banking.
