Are you asking for a resume critique? You've included a lot of personal information. If you are going to post online for people to review, I would make this more generic. Or are you hoping someone is going to cold call you out of the blue with a job offer? Your resume is way too long. Three pages is too much. Objective does not add much value and is too generic. I would remove. You've been out of MBA for over 7 years. Your value is now your experience. I would move education to the bottom.
