Meeting Sr. Traders/Salespeople, what to be prepared for?

I am visiting the trading floor of a BB tomorrow as an alum invited me to shadow him for a couple of hours. However, he mentioned that he is trying to set up meetings for me with senior guys on the floor so that they can "tell me some things" (his words). Furthermore, he asked for my resume. Does this sound like it's going to be an informal interview? Even if not, what should I be prepared for? Of course, I'll have the why S&T question down, along with being able to speak about the current state of the markets, but what else should I have down? A stock pitch? I am a rising junior, by the way. Thanks for everyone's help!
