Meeting with Someone In Private Equity

I have an upcoming coffee meeting with an individual who works in PE at a BB. I was referred to this person by a person in my network who knows I am looking to break into IB. I am not totally sure what to expect since the person I am meeting with isn't in IB directly but somewhat related. Since this guy deals with investment bankers, he could definitely open up doors if this meeting goes well.

So I ask, what questions should I ask/avoid and how should I prepare for this.

Any help is much appreciated.
