MF PE recruiting for Oxbridge undergrad

Hi monkeys,

Incoming oxbridge studens here. I was wondering if any MF PE ever recruit at Oxbridge for undergrad level. As per my research, it seems that most oxbridge students end up at BBs and EBs first year out of college.

Your input is greatly appreciated!

Bain Capital Credit recruits (exclusively from my knowledge) at Cambridge (for internships with option for conversion).

Silver Lake hire 1 Analyst per year for the London office - pipeline is often coming from Kea's breakfast event plus internal references.

BX presents at the breakfast event too but by now sources mostly through their own career homepage. They take a few first years across their strategies (PE, REPE, Asset Management, BAAM), but less so for Credit or TacOpps for which they hire banking folks with 1-3y of experience.

Carlyle occasionally hires from its intern pool as well.

Maybe also look at CD&R - they usually hire an analyst per year out of their intern pool.
