MO IDB TO BB MO TO FO???

Hello All,

New user here, though I've actually followed this forum for the past couple of years-BIG FAN!. Here goes....currently working as TA at well-known IDB covering struggling product think FI that's really considered a dying business. Anyways, my question is I received an offer from solid BB for a MO role supporting same product. Ultimate goal is FO.....is this move a good idea??? Or should I focus on strictly trading roles. Seems there aren't to many positions open for JR trading positions. Thank you all so much!!
