More than one internship at a time??!!
Hi everyone,
I am new to the finance world and I am about to start my first summer internship in quantitative research.
I have quite a strange situation because, after waiting for months I got invited to the assessment centre by a very good bank and finally I was offered an internship. This happened not long ago and of course I accepted the offer. I was still waiting to hear back from a couple of other banks, but honestly I did not expect to be contacted after so many months from my application. Much to my surprise one of these other banks, a very important one, contacted me for the first round and this left me with a sense of uncertanty. What should I do?? I have already accepted one offer, but it is for an analyst position, while this new one is for associate..
Should I just see how it goes with this new one and decide later what to do ?
You can always back out of an accepted offer. You cannot work at two places at once -- don't be silly.
Yes of course, I was just wondering if it is ok to change my mind after accepting an offer.
