Wanted to see if anyone else applied for this program? The deadline ended Jan 6th and they said the process should take about 8 weeks from deadline. Program start in June of 2023. Wanted to see if anybody has heard back or know when 1st rounds start or if they have already started? Plus, what type of experience other candidates have or know what they are looking for? I applied, spoke to HR. They said late January to early February we should be hearing back.
It’s strange that you heard back so early.
HR did state that the “business program was doing their reviews”, so maybe that’s why.
I got a rejection email lol so if you haven't heard anything yet, maybe you're still in the process or they haven't gotten around to it yet?

Yeah, looks like they are taking their time on these lol my friend applied for the MSEPP/FID in October, completed all rounds almost a month ago, and still no update.
Do you have any idea what their interviews/rounds were like?
Yes, mostly behavioral questions with maybe very high level technical questions, if any. 3 rounds including hirevue.
They're looking for mostly Black individuals.
If you're any other race or form of alternative diversity representation, there's almost zero chance of getting in through this program.

had 2nd rounds this week. first one was fairly behavioral with some basic questions about current job. second person was definitely more technical heavy / mind teaser based

Yup! They also noted that the cuts will be heavily focused on bankers and traders. Were offers extended for IBD and GCM already?
