Most common mistakes SAs make
We've seen a lot of solid threads about how to be a great SA, but let's turn the tables now. So far, what are the worst/most common mistakes you have seen SAs make that result in them not getting a full-time offer?

I didn't witness this first-hand but someone at my bank who went to the same college did not get a return offer because he apparently did not have a great attitude. In my group in particular, and I'm sure it's the same for other groups too, it's very important to have a "can do" attitude and be eager to add value to the team / make the lives of the associates and VPs easier.
Nice one, any actionable tips to display this attitude?
