Moving from projects to Corporate Finance

Hi everyone,

After few months, I finally get a job at the investment division of an insurance company, I accept not for the salary (for me it's more than a money-related decision) but for the career change and actually love it! I know insurance is not precisely what I'm looking for, but I think it might be a previous step (hopefully)

What suggestions would you consider? I prepare some options I'm considering:

Make a master in finance in Latam/US or MBA? Do you think my prev. experience helps to get a job at some fund IB/CF/PE hire me? How hard it could be getting a job at PE with no MBA? I was considering the 1-Y MBA at Cornell or Kellog. what you think?
