Moving out of back office rotational program
Hi,
I am currently in a rotational analyst program in back office at one of the bulge bracket banks. I tried applying to campus oppurtunites but most do not accept 1st year analysts. I was looking for some ideas/ advice on moving from the back office program to the front office.
