Received an offer from MS's technology group in New York and another from Fido's Equity Research internship in Boston. If end-game is to work in Securities Technology/Strats/Desk Strats, should I choose front-office experience with Fido or internal lateral at MS in Tech.

This is interesting. If it were me I'd go with fidelity because I think I would have a better time but given your interests I could see why you might pick MS.
